As the situation with coronavirus virus evolves, we are closely monitoring how this will affect the wellbeing of our guests, owners, and employees.

Cleaning and Sanitation

We have always prided ourselves on our high standards for cleaning and maintaining our homes.  Working with the guidelines from the CDC, our cleaning and sanitizing procedures include wiping down all hard surfaces with quality disinfectants.  These surfaces include but are not limited to door handles, kitchen handles, countertops, sink faucets, sinks, toilets, appliances, floors, railings, remotes, electronics, and switches.  Soft surfaces are treated with antibacterial spray. We use a professional linen service to launder all sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, washcloths, bath towels, spa towels, and dish towels.  For your arrival, you can be assured these linens in your vacation home have been professionally cleaned and sanitized.
