If you should ever get tired of the oceanview (and you won't)... or the two tiled decks in the front of the house... have lunch in the tiled courtyard in back. It's protected and out of the wind (yes, it's sometimes windy on the coast!). Besides, it's next to the barbeque... and the hot tub is just at the corner.
