Chapman Point House

Enjoy peace and tranquility in this beautiful 2 bedroom ocean front home with spectacular views of Mendocino Bay and the town of Mendocino.

Built in 1963 by a professor of architecture, every room has a stunning ocean and Mendocino view. The house is framed with awe inspiring 150 year old hand cut giant redwood beams (reclaimed trestle) and the flooring is 3" thick maple from a San Fransisco bowling alley. Modern furnishings combined with a beautiful Redwood slab dining table and bar help make the house warm and inviting.

The combination of rustic and modern elements make this a truly unique and special place.

The rates shown below are based on the use of one or two bedrooms, or with the Cottage.
NOTE: The rate for HOLIDAY PERIODS is the rate for both bedrooms in the main house.

Rates shown include all fees and taxes, but do not include a (refundable) security deposit of $250 or more.

While Chapman Point House is pet friendly, there is an additional "pet fee" of $25 for each dog, maximum of two dogs.
