With three bedrooms, the maximum capacity of Alderwood House is six persons.
The rates shown below are based on the use of one, two or three bedrooms... no more than two persons in each bedroom.
NOTE: The rate for HOLIDAY PERIODS is the rate for all three bedrooms.

Rates shown include all fees and taxes, but do not include a (refundable) security deposit of $250.

RATES FOR MAY through OCTOBER ... and WEEKEND RATE FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR.
Weekend rate is for Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday.
